Tear-Off and Substrate Work
Our tile roof replacement process starts with an extensive tear-off of the current system, done carefully to prevent unnecessary harm to the underlying structure. After the old tiles are removed, our team inspects the roof deck for rot, moisture intrusion, or structural damage commonly left by Florida’s heavy rains and storms. Any damaged decking will be repaired or replaced before we proceed. Fresh underlayment and flashing are then installed to create a sturdy foundation for the subsequent work.
